The Movement & Mindfulness Lab introductory class, provides the perfect setting for self discovery and improvement. This class offers a way to interrupt your patterns that keep you from experiencing more ease, flow and curiosity. Over the years we acquire habits, some of which serve us well and others which restrict the flow of energy and no longer serve. In these movement lessons, each participant is guided to develop a greater sense of awareness of their body and how to increase the flow of energy from within.
You will learn:
How movement and awareness can create possibilities for new, empowered and conscious neural pathways that can begin to change lifelong pattern.
Proven Feldenkrais approach that release tension and help restore balance and harmony between mind, body, heart and spirit.
