This is a FREE introductory class. The sooner you enroll, the sooner you’ll begin to move towards more ease, comfort, and fluid movement. There’s no pressure to enroll in higher classes.
Class is open to all levels. Yoga mats provided.Participants must be able to get down and up from the floor.
Bring comfortable clothes, an open mind and heart.
